Complex care is also known as long-term or continuing care. It’s when someone needs specialist medical support each day to help manage an ongoing health condition. This might be physical and/or neurological, sometimes resulting in a disability or sensory impairment. We provide a wide range of health and social care services including complex care, live-in care, hourly homecare, respite care, hospital discharge support, and companionship services. Our care packages are nurse-led and tailored to meet each client’s unique medical and personal needs.

Safety is our top priority. All our staff are fully vetted, DBS-checked, and trained to follow CQC standards and best practices. We also carry out regular quality checks, supervision, and ongoing training to ensure every client receives safe, consistent, and high-quality care at home.

We provide care in the comfort of our clients’ own homes rather than in a facility. However, you can arrange a free consultation or home visit with one of our care coordinators to discuss your needs, meet our team, and see how our services can be tailored to you.

Every client receives a detailed care assessment conducted by our nursing team. Based on this assessment, we create a personalized care plan that reflects individual medical needs, routines, preferences, and lifestyle goals. This ensures care that’s truly person-centred and flexible.

We encourage independence and engagement through daily activities suited to each person’s interests and abilities. These can include gentle exercises, hobbies, outings, companionship activities, and light household tasks—all designed to support mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

Billing is typically processed on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the care package you choose. All costs and schedules are clearly discussed and agreed upon in advance, ensuring complete transparency with no hidden fees.
